Hubungan Antara Konflik Kerja Dengan Komunikasi Anatar Pribadi Dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional Di PDAM Kota Madiun


This study specifically aims to determine the correlation of the work conflict with interpersonal communication and transformational leadership of the worker in PDAM Madiun town office. In addition, to determine department of the work as controller the work conflict variable. The study population numbered 45 people from general departement in PDAM Madiun town office. The data was collected using three scales, they are: scale of the work conflict, scale of interpersonal communication, and scale of transformasional leadership.
The research data analyzed using multiple regression and one way anova. The results showed: 1) there was a negative correlation between interpersonal communication to the work conflict [ t= -2.874; p=0.006 < 0.05 (signifikan)]; 2) there was uncorrelation between transformasional leadership to the work conflict [ t=0.602; p=0.550 . 0.05 (unsignificant)]; 3) there was difference of the work conflict that was controlled by the work department [ F=16.584; p=0.000 (signifikan)].
