This study is aimed to find out and explain the characterization, plot, setting, theme, moral value, and cultural value in the novel written by Korrie Layun Rampan entitled The Ceremony. Qualitative descriptive research is applied since it is based on descriptive data. The data itself is sentences and paragraphs which support all of aspects that are analyzed and the researcher as an instrumental research as well.
