Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas audit dalam pengawasan keuangan daerah (studi empiris pada pemerintah kota Madiun dan Kabupaten Madiun)

This study aims to demonstrate empirically the effect of competence, independence, motivation and organizational commitment to audit quality on the government of the Madiun City and the Madiun County . The data collection is done by spreading the questionnaire . The sample in this study was 30 government employees that working in the Inspectorate Office of the Madiun City and the Madiun County . The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS version 17 .
The results of this study shows that all the variables of competence, independence, motivation and organizational commitment has no effect on audit quality. In this case means that the competence, independence, motivation and organizational commitment not significant on audit quality.
